BEIJING (December 7, 2023) – Nissan’s sales in China reached 74,879 units in November.
The sales volume of Dongfeng Nissan (including the Nissan, Venucia, and INFINITI brands) reached 70,648 units in November. The LCV business represented by Zhengzhou Nissan (ZNA) sold 4,231 units in November. Nissan’s sales (including PV & LCV) saw month-on-month growth of 2.2%.
Nissan in China sold 694,895 units in the last eleven months.
Shohei Yamazaki, senior vice president of Nissan, as well as chairman of the Management Committee for China and president of Dongfeng Motor Ltd. (DFL) said: “To ensure sustainable growth and fulfill Nissan’s commitment to the market and customers in the constantly changing business environment in China, the new DFL strategy ‘Qi DNA+’ was announced in November.”
“In November, after its sales exceeded 5 million units, the Nissan Sylphy family kept up the strong sales momentum. The Nissan Altima and SUV lineup also contributed strong performance. This will help us fulfill our commitment to meet the diversified needs of Chinese customers,” Yamazaki added.
